UIDAI allows the users of Aadhaar cards to change their address and address without any proof of identity. Aadhaar cardholders can change their address, provided they agree to the authentication and verification process of an address verifier. An address verifier could be a family member, friend landlord, family member or even a friend that allows the Aadhaar card holder to use their address to prove their identity.
